At Petite Luxe, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.

Lifetime Color Warranty

All Petite Luxe jewelry is crafted with 14K Golden Color PVD over stainless steel. If your jewelry ever fades, peels, or discolors, we will replace it free of charge. This is our Lifetime Color Warranty — no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@petiteluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Your banking institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings (earring posts, studs, and hooks) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for exchanges. For refunds, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petiteluxe.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
