Order Acceptance

When you place an order through Petite Luxe, you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shopify Pay. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where required by law.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the carrier's possession.

Product Descriptions

Our jewelry is crafted with 14K Golden Color PVD over stainless steel. This is not solid 14K gold. The "14K Golden Color" refers to the color achieved through Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating, not actual gold content. We are committed to accurate product descriptions and transparency about materials and craftsmanship.

Lifetime Color Warranty

All Petite Luxe products come with a Lifetime Color Warranty against fading, peeling, and discoloration. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the PVD coating and does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear beyond the coating's intended lifespan. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@petiteluxe.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
